Welcome to Community Fit Club

We know that the most safe and effective way to lose weight and keep weight off in the long term is by a sensible combination of eating a healthy balanced diet and participating in regular physical activity.

This is the sort of advice which most people already know, but many find it difficult to put into practice. On this programme we hope to show you how much fun it can be.

As a member of Community Fit Club you can enjoy the benefits of great value activities, have access to a support structure with weekly weigh-ins, and you will learn about healthy eating from friendly experts who will also take you through a practical goal setting process and help you stay on target with those goals.

Community Fit Club is about long-term healthy living. On this programme we will equip you with the knowledge and the confidence to make healthy choices for yourself so that you can manage your weight in the long term.
