Are you ready for summer? We find a lot of people start to look at weight loss and their health and wellbeing at this time of year. Maybe it's the lighter evenings, perhaps the thought of a sun-drenched beach holiday (or even a sun-drenched back garden - it can be sunny here in the UK too sometimes!), a new physical challenge (5km? Half marathon?) or the fact that wedding season is approaching?
Or maybe you just know that you feel amazing when you are fitter, more energised and closer to your natural body shape.

We have information about our group clubs, where you can attend each week for a weigh-in followed by two inclusive fun activities. Did we mention our lifestyle challenges? No? Well we promse they are fun, and designed to give you all the skills you need to put all your new found insights into practice.
If you don't want to attend a group session, or you don't have a local club, then you can always use our book from the comfort of your own home, maybe with a trusted friend to motivate you.
