| Losing weight successfully requires lifestyle change as well as knowledge about healthy living. Behaviour change requires effort which is why we have developed a range of tools to help you. We will support you through the process of goal setting and breaking/making habits and provide you with practical tips for things like better time management and record keeping. |
There is no cheat way to long term weight loss. Any diets that promise you great results without teaching you anything new about the way you eat are not worth loking at. On Community Fit Club we base our recommendations on the Balance of Good Health. This is the optimum healthy balance of the different food groups to keep you as healthy as possible. |

| Physical activity is not only key to sustained weight loss, it is also fundamental to good health. On Community Fit Club you will have access to two inclusive activities each week with your membership. We want to show you just how much fun it can be to lead an active lifestyle. You'll be too busy enjoying your new found levels of fitness to notice the weight dropping off you. |
While eating healthily is so important, when it comes to weight loss we also have to keep a watch on the amount of food and the portion sizes being eaten. Each person on Community Fit Club is given a DailyCalorie Target, based on their own personal information and depending on their personal weight loss goal. We promise that it's not all just counting calories. |
