Writing down your targets can be very powerful. You can use this form to set yourself a 6-month healthy living/weight loss goal.
Simply complete the form and select "My Goal". Your goal will be presented in a summary which can be printed off. Stick this in visible places around your home, such as on the wardrobe, or on a door, to provide a constant reminder of your goal and why you want to achieve it.
6 months is actually quite a long time and if you are focussed, you can achieve a lot in that time, so think carefully about where you would like to be 6-months from now. If your goal is solely weight loss, you could try our calculators first to estimate how much weight you could lose in 6 months if you lost 1lb per week.
